But the thing I love the most is that we have all our papers and files in one secure location online. The search tool is quite wondrous. I don't always remember the file name, I just type some words which are within the document and it has the capability to find it very fast. Also, we leverage the greetings 'Tன்ப' heavily. When adding a new client, creates the same folder structure automatically, then saves time when having to add these one-by-one. Clients have hard time using it as well; they say Drop Box is much easier for them.
