Pros
Out of the box preset workflows for invoice management and archiving.
Cons
As Apple user the graphical interface is not in lines of Big Sur design language.

Really satisfied - brings us the game-changing experience.
Pros
Easy to use, modular, easy to reconfigure or build up a new processes.
Cons
It's complex in learning-phase (for admin), but when you grab the know-how, it's easy and fast.
Reasons for switching to ShakeSpeare
Previous system was more-less hard-coded, one platform but with a separate applications. Shakespeare have this major advantage that all what we need and use is placed within the same application. With just one shortcut.

We would like to inform you that we do offer automatic readout of invoice with our OCR module (GINI) which can be connected to a workflow for automatic readout (data-capture) of invoice information. Please feel free to get in touch with our team or me directly to show you the solution. The module was implemented as part of our standard offer for invoice processing in September 2020.

Pros
Shakespeare software is daily used in our work for managing legal cases. It helps the users to have better overview of their tasks and status of legal cases. Software is also integrated with our courts, so it saves a lot of time and reduces operational risk, as it automatically tracks the development and status of certain legal cases. Additional integration with our core system is also possible, to even further automatize the manual work and focus really only on content of legal cases, instead of a lot of administrative tasks.
Cons
Not much, as the company listened to our needs and did needed modifications and upgrades to cover our needs and work process.

Thank you very much for your review. We are working on improving the browser-based interface to keep pace with the UX suggesions. A minor implementation of UI improvements with implementing a new graphical theme to the web browser interface. A major revamp of the user-interface is planned for summer 2021 which will also include an advanced and improved search function with a lot of new possibilities to search through data and documents in the system.

work flow optimization at the top level
It does take time to set up shakespeare according to my individual workflow needs, but once all is done it beats all the rest

shakespeare is a top tool to automate and digitalize pretty much all of your work flow tasks. This helps you to save so much time on your daily job
Cons
every process must be set up to your individual needs. for many of my workflows it was not possible to pull out a standard tool out of the box

Shakespeare has been extremely simple to use with high degree of adaptability no matter the clients' needs. It covers all the needs a work process might have from simplest tasks to complex branching out processes. Seamless user interface.

Affordable and feature rich DMS software
Our project had to integrate existing 3rd party front-end application with our backend application that was also connected to other external systems. ShakeSpeare DMS was used as document storage and document template engine in the project.
Pros
Configurable options for document storage with supported meta data. Easy customization of document templates using DMS engine. Out of the box integrations with several back-office systems.
Cons
We wanted to use REST interfaces for the integration but only SOAP interfaces are supported.
Reasons for choosing ShakeSpeare
Solution vendor offers complete suite: DMS and BPM, which decreases IT project implementation risk significantly.
