Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love these sky kit TVs. We have a few offices and we have found our younger workforce doesn’t like reading email so we have to be creative in getting information out.
- It's been great, easy to use and we have it deployed world wide, support is excellent, helpful and fun.
- Great software and very user friendly. Anytime i did have any issues, Skykit support was amazing at helping me troubleshoot the issue and always followed up to ensure i was completely satisfied.
Cons
- Should be able to directly upload to program and then item is added to the content list as opposed to vice versa. Looses connection occasionally and have to refresh.
- Our displays will freeze and we need to reboot to get it up and running. Other times, I have trouble uploading files.
- The software sometimes could be really slow. I dislike that it signs me out of it so many times during the day.
Pros
- Customer service is great - extremely responsive. I would like to see upgrades to overall functionality and ease of use.
- We use it to display our training schedules, promos, videos, and happy birthday messages. The setup of layouts its super easy, and publishing new content is super fast.
- Very easy to set up, the tech support is extremely effective and friendly. The learning curve is very short and once set up, it super easy to use.
Cons
- Weak customer account portal on website. Buggy devices that arrive defective, stop working randomly and not competitively priced.
- The only cons we had were with the original Enplug hardware which did have a problem with locking up.
- Someone from my marketing team (Marissa Frost) who is in charge of our social media marketing may have some negative experience feedback.
