Cons: No cons, but a suggestion for improvement: Understandably, I personally don't expect everyone to be available at all times. Therefore, I would like to see (if it doesn't already exist) a portal for TenForce customers where we can find instructions on how to use the various tools (especially useful at the beginning when you start to use a new module). I am aware that this cannot be implemented 1:1 due to customization, but it could possibly be done for the modules in their "pure form", as well as for the Meeting & Action tool, or frequently asked customer questions could be stored in FAQs depending on the module.
