When I’m confused and things are confusing I can ask the AI on my app and it explains everything and gives me step by step. Today I was on the chat with a rep and they walked me through adding my site back to my domain once I had to change the plan package. The other thing is with memberships. If the payment doesn’t go through it automatically cancels the subscription. I don’t think it should be that way especially for memberships. Those are commitments therefore if the payment doesn’t go through for a particular month it should continue to try and collect it the following month with the new monthly payment. But not deactivate the membership. Or it should at least try to process the payment twice.
