Pros/Cons
Pros
- First off, the customer support is amazing. Very quick to respond, friendly, and of course helpful.
- Amazing staff and extremely helpful. They have an awesome affiliate program as well.
- M thrilled to have found a software & support community that fits all of my needs (& more!!). Can’t recommend Fons enough.
Cons
- Looking back on it, the whole process was incredibly inefficient and prone to miscommunication and mistakes. Now my calendar is synced with my students, and the billing happens behind the scenes.
- Some of the functions are still a little odd, in that sometimes you have to order different types of charges (tuition vs. one-time) to keep things straight with payments, at least at first.
- No more exchanging dozens of emails/text messages to try to nail down a time to meet. I just send them my link and they find a time that works for them.
Pros
- Sawyer is the perfect solution for a small business like mine looking for a simple and user friendly program to help book and reserve classes and birthday parties.
- Its easy it’s friendly, great design. The price for what you get is good and the support team is always there for me.
- I think this is a great product that is easy to change and work with from the backend. I love the customer service help I get as well, truly an amazing product.
Cons
- The widget slows your website down dramatically and the problem has existed for a long time. Customer Service is the major negative with this platform.
- I had it off on one class but not the other. You could say that my error.
- The way they address their clients and the way they are deeply out for information (emails of their clients', clients) - they are even sneaky about it.
