Given the other options it gives the most flexibility for the cost, without losing core functions. Ratings Breakdown 4 Ease of use 4 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: More features than other PT platforms like Trainerize. Better branding, better comms. MUCH better form creation and onboarding, in fact this is the minimum I will expect from other platforms. Cons: Workout creation options are a bit weird (it's missing circuits, tabata etc). It's not a showstopper but it does mean I have to get creative. Reasons for switching to My PT Hub Trainerize was a good starter but it just didn't have basic features that a program should have without having to pay as addons. The platform makes it simple to build workout programs, upload exercise videos, communicate with clients, and track their progress all in one place. The white label app option has also been a huge benefit for creating a more professional and personalized experience for my community. Cons: Overall, I've had a positive experience, but the platform can be unstable on iPad and occasionally crashes during use. I would also love to see continued improvements to the app customization features and a smoother developer account setup process for white label apps. Also, when looking to give an alternative exercise for clients within a workout if a machine is being used it would be great to add an alternative as a back up they can click on instead, or maybe I've not found that bit yet...?
