Abhisi provides reporting to track performance, and a customer satisfaction function allows customers to rate interactions. Agents can respond to customer inquiries from any device with a web browser.

Pricing is per user, per month with discounts for an annual subscription. The number of agents supported, number of knowledge bases and other features scale with the price. The software does not require installation, only redirecting support emails to the platform.

Very Good Help desk

Its very customer friendly. The feature I like the most is the Quick reply feature, where in my team can make use of the most common replies.
