The interface is amazing, perfect for those of who are visual. Great tracking and historical snapshots.

Great tools for task management and organization. And good integration with email for less technical users can email responses to questions.

I just found it boring that you can only view one person's task list at a time, if you have a project with multiple members, it makes it difficult.

It is integrated with limited software which restricts to carry out multidimensional projects. It’s pricing is also very high, it restrict its use for small organizations.

Lot of functionalities like to-dos, message boards, Schedule. Really great if you work in a team and also really fast to communicate with your client via customer support or with your teamates.

I could see it being a useful tool for managing satellite volunteer groups. It was a good experience, and provided the means to have good conversation, generate some ideas, and post documents.

What I love about most about Basecamp is the ability to communicate and have ongoing conversations with people who are involved in the project.

The cost and ease of use, it's very straightforward. Being able to track what everyone assigned to a certain task/project is doing, and ensuring deadlines/goals are being met are great.

Inability to upgrade ourselves therefore cost is high each time a new version is released. Mandatory training hours is also an issue.

They just throw up their hands, huh, that's weird. Everyone in our organization hates this product.

I like the ability to push out email notifications and customization of multiple pages. We use the news feature the most on our pages.

It also has an extensive permissions system that integrates with Active Directory and allows for single sign-on.

Great for keeping up to date with your business and keeping in the loop with what is going on around you.

Our IT department was also very impressed as the product has a modular design, allowing us to leverage many different features and integrations as well as create our own modules using the API.

Stable and development path well mapped out, easy to use and mobile responsive.

I like that it is Cloud based and integrates with for our Azure environment for single sign on.

It is a complete mystery to me how anyone can rate this higher than a one. Advertising 24/5 support that cannot solve any of your problems is just stupid.

Does not require too much server based work, the latest version is really good in that documents can be loaded at the front end.

Insufficient, stressful, never-ending problems that they can't solve. If you don't know why we aren't receiving advertised functionality, I expect you to FIND someone who does.

They drop the ball until you cc someone in the States. As soon as you stop cc'ing them, they stop trying.

Easy to use and suitable for business functions. There are many features that you would expect in a top end expensive system at very little cost.
