I just found it boring that you can only view one person's task list at a time, if you have a project with multiple members, it makes it difficult.

It is integrated with limited software which restricts to carry out multidimensional projects. It’s pricing is also very high, it restrict its use for small organizations.

When offline, it fails as a to-do-list app. I would suggest for desktop user, it will store the project items locally & backup using cloud when the wifi is back on.
