Personally I love it and would continue to use it but as we gain more and more users the price is becoming a serious bone of contention here.

Pricing was comfortably within budget for our small business. Positively recommend this for internal use or even for business to client use.

Support is great and very responsive. Platform integrates easily with other platforms for whitelabling purposes.

The best thing about the Podio software is that we can track all of our important tasks and multiple projects at a one time and it is the only possible through the Podio software.

Podio is the great for the project and tasks assignments. I would recommended this software to everyone.

It really allow me to manage all of my important tasks and store the important information in a one place such as assign projects.

The support staff is eager to assist, and there are plenty of tutorials to help get you started.

Podio then disables certain functions in a way that we cannot control. And sometimes (like today) Podio stops working altogether for a few hour, killing our business activity completely.

Good integrations with Zapier for creating automated workflows and G-suite and Box to be able to attach / link supporting assets and documents.

It's hard to fault Podio too much for that though, as they present you with a very large amount of customizability options.

Terrible software and the most frustrating, ridiculous customer support experience I've ever had.

We like the versatility of Podio: it really enables you to build a full-feature CRM with pretty complex workflow automation (using Globiflow) without having to code.

Overall, the tool has been great and it's giving all the functionalities that are vital and helpful to our business needs.

So hard to navigate; too many integrations, etc.

I also am in love with the project sharing abilities so that others can follow one or all projects free of charge.
