  • Pros

  • I loved how well it accomplished its core feature set. It was as close to the perfect solution to the kind of tool I was looking for for the specific tasks I was doing at the time.
  • Nice application to help out at the start ofthe project. Anytime I had questions, Customer care was super fast and effective.
  • I love the ease of adding cards up on the board and the software. Helps with project management.
  • Cons

  • I work in a large enterprise so adding users individually was a bit of a pain and it was challenge to move users from regular viewer to user or admin roles on multiple boards.
  • Jira integration is awful, mostly didn't work, and can only have two colors of cards.
  • Now, when you paste, it shifts everything down and I have to spend 10 minutes shifting individual cards back up. That's my only main problem with the tool.

  • Seems like every other PM tool out there tries to be perfect, but only EagleSpace hits the nail right in the head; love how easy it is to use and how fast everything runs.
  • Can post gifs to make the experience fun. Conversations organized by channels is super useful.
  • Eagle-Space has helped us for years in having our projects running smoothly, super intuitive to use and love it's file sharing capabilities.
  • Cons

  • Its inability to perform invoicing diminished its usage.
  • We disliked the lack of some tools like gantt charts.
  • I dislike that it shows when you join a new channel.
