Pros/Cons
Pros
- I loved how well it accomplished its core feature set. It was as close to the perfect solution to the kind of tool I was looking for for the specific tasks I was doing at the time.
- Nice application to help out at the start ofthe project. Anytime I had questions, Customer care was super fast and effective.
- I love the ease of adding cards up on the board and the software. Helps with project management.
Cons
- I work in a large enterprise so adding users individually was a bit of a pain and it was challenge to move users from regular viewer to user or admin roles on multiple boards.
- Jira integration is awful, mostly didn't work, and can only have two colors of cards.
- Now, when you paste, it shifts everything down and I have to spend 10 minutes shifting individual cards back up. That's my only main problem with the tool.
Pros
- I like that they can accept the contract online and make their deposit payment right away before the project is even started. Customer service is the best I have seen, very responsive.
- Also being able to access files from any computer & having the ability to share files & information with clients & contractors is awesome.
- The support and the MyDoma community has been fabulous. They really care about the the people using it.
Cons
- Honestly was very disappointed in the update. We lost a bunch of work, we spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to use it.
- The back-end accounting functionality is terrible. Because of how the invoices are backdated when they're exported to Quickbooks, it makes it TONS of work for my accountant to reconcile.
- However, the software lacks too much for our business and I unfortunately regret signing up for an entire year subscription. I would suggest trying the one month trial.
