Cardboard is a super simple application that does what it sets out to do well. It's easy to use and very clean for people to follow along with.

I love the ease of adding cards up on the board and the software. Helps with project management.

Jira integration is awful, mostly didn't work, and can only have two colors of cards.

The simplicity of the boards are fantastic and have caused several others in my company to adopt the product as well.

I loved how well it accomplished its core feature set. It was as close to the perfect solution to the kind of tool I was looking for for the specific tasks I was doing at the time.

Nice application to help out at the start ofthe project. Anytime I had questions, Customer care was super fast and effective.

I found his top helped a lot when complex project plans were too much for my team to bear. This helps to visualize in an easy to understand format and got positive feedback from the team.

There was a lot of multi-select drag and dropping of all other cards to fill the extra column rather than it disappearing once empty.

Unable to copy/paste content - makes it frustrating.

It was a great tool for storymapping for our company. It was an easy sell to have the business purchase it due to the low cost.

I enjoy how easy it is to use. The dev team has integrated great features over the years.

I liked that there was a free trial for the product.

So easy to share with others, make changes, and easily add notes for a card that should be investigated.

It did have TFS integration, which I wanted. I also loved the whole premise of a virtual board for doing story mapping with a remote team.

Lack of connectors (or arrows) in between boxes.

When it comes to project planning, mapping, solutions, and tracking, it's hard to find a program with ALL the bells and whistles so the free trial is helpful.

Clean design, easy to use. There is an integration with Jira, but I didnt used yet.

The user story mapping is quick to learn and easy to use. Support is great as well.

The VSTS failing to sync the backlogs was a deal breaker for me.

I work in a large enterprise so adding users individually was a bit of a pain and it was challenge to move users from regular viewer to user or admin roles on multiple boards.

Story maps are easy to create and edit, and the support team is very responsive and helpful.

It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

It's super easy to setup for my employees. I get the peace of mind they are using the best.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.
