Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Interface is intuitive. Plenty of awesome functionality

  • The software has such awesome flexibility, the support network and groups are also fantastic! Product releases are often and fantastic, they listen to their customer base.

  • Cons

  • I am an aesthetic person. I feel like the UI could use a little sprucing up.

  • Doesn't function well with detailed project plans. If you want to push the dates of s project out or adjust a schedule, it's difficult if you have too many tasks

  • Pros

  • It's excellent very fast and very useful. I love the quality with which you work because it is the right one to work with.

  • It is very easy to use and definitely makes my job a lot easier. Not only and I able to get a visual of the other person’s screen but I also have control over their computer.

  • Cons

  • None really. Teamviewer does what it is meant to do, and does it well. My one gripe would be the desktop application doesn't include all the features that the website login has.

  • Only a slight con ... it does slow some client machines but on newer faster machines this is not an issue.
