Cureo is a cloud-based collaboration solution for nonprofit project teams, boards and committees that allows users to share files and manage tasks, meetings and events.

Cureo provides a built-in chat feature that enables team communications with searchable emails and messages. Cureo's event calendar helps organize and manage events and meetings for teams and individuals. Users can keep track of active tasks and assign responsibilities to different members of the team.

The workspace feature enables users to store files and content in a central location which is accessible to the entire team. Users can also define role-based access and permissions for specific users. Newsletters and updates can also be published to an organization’s website and sent through email.

Cureo services are billed annually. Support is available via email and phone.

Love the article curating tool! Pushing content to social media is priority and this tool helps my articles look like I am professional writer. Cureo being embedded on our website helps our clients stay current. Organized Collaboration. Safeguard our files. Better communication. Access from anywhere, any device. Less stress knowing everything I need is in one place.

Pros

The product is accessible anywhere I have an internet connection my desk at work, my laptop at a meeting, or my phone while at camp. We can quickly find that file we need. Using the publishing engine, we can quickly update all our scouts and parents as plans change. Our weekly newsletter is immediately available via email and on our website. Cureo has allowed us to gather and consolidate all our digital assets into one secure place, making them available to all our leaders, allowing for a smoother transition to new scoutmasters, and preserve our tribal history. No longer do we worry where the most current version of a file is, or was it even backed up. We know our files will remain safe, and no-longer inadvertently be moved where we can't get to them.
