  • Pros

  • My Inbox can get pretty unruly, so to have a tool that integrates into gmail and allows me to handle things where I spend most of my time is fantastic.
  • The UI is nice and clean too. New and great features are added often.
  • Cons

  • I felt a bit uncomfortable with the design. I was afraid of losing my emails.
  • My initial purchase was for a year upfront. After a few months I stopped using the software.

  • I love having the ability to categorize insights, assign them to users/companies, and attach them to features or ideas on the roadmap.
  • Visibility of how important our customer's feature requests are considering a number of things that are important to our company ex. vision, growth, revenue etc.
  • Cons

  • Unfortunately, there is almost no reporting available. So although I can prioritise against company objectives, it is nearly impossible to report back on how much time and resource is allocated.
  • A little cumbersome when searching for content. I will search for items that I know are in the board and no results come up.
