This product is easy to setup and use which make sit great as far as training goes. It can be used as a cloud data repository, shared and has great logging as to who did what and when.

The huge advantage is that it integrates so well with Indesign, proofers don't have to have an account and login.

There are weird UX frustrations. For example, when in a proof window, you have to click an X in the top right corner to return to the dashboard screen.

Accessing the reviews within the GoProof tab and be a bit cumbersome and confusing.

It of course has all the standard other proof mark-ups. It has saved us a lot of time and has many great little efficiency adding functions.

Customer Support has always been great. It product is easy to use and has been nice for my team.

There also seems to be a delay from when we upload a proof to when the reviewer gets the email. This can be difficult for time-sensitive projects.
