Ease of use of the end user, a decent level of customer service, interface and platform are not complicated to navigate through.

I have been very impressed with the FunctionFox staff and their project management software from the very beginning of the process.

On year 3 of using FF and has been super helpful.

Setting up backend organization of clients and projects is a bit confusing and difficult.

Their pricing is misleading on their site and your info is incorrect.

Would prefer to have the company name rather than an organisation no.

FunctionFox has definitely improved my organizing skills with its to do lists and progress reports. The customer service has been excellent, and the interface is easy to use and clearly organized.

Function Fox is a solid project management software. It's pretty easy to use and you can easily assign tasks to users.

The software is really easy to use - and very friendly to the eyes and mind. I love using the Gantt-chart option when setting up projects, to keep a nice overview of the status of a project.

Hive has been a great help managing sales orders, manufacturing processes, quality inspections right down to shipments.

Because it made my life easier, a lot (which every PMS should do). Their customer care is highly responsive and solved any minor issues I had within extremely short period of time.

Hive messaging is also really slick (we no longer use Slack) and the platform's Giphy integration makes for some fun times for our virtual team.

However there has been a few bugs due to updates that have limited access into the platform for a small amount of time (less than an hour).

Creating timelines and amending them can be difficult.
