Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Pros
- IBM Connections is a nice and secure way for sharing folders and ensuring that people have the latest versions of different documents.
- Management of interaction is made easy and you can track updates. Finding files is quick and easy, I can say overall, the software is quite user friendly.
Cons
- Its a bit of a chunky product which first time users might find intimidating. The pricing I suppose limits the number of business units who can opt for against competition.
- You can add models of results analysis reports, and management indicators by project type. It's a program that I personally like a lot, and therefore, there are few negative observations.
