  • Pros

  • The support team were amazing, always to hand to go through any problems or ideas we had. Rep was brilliant and very patient with us.
  • Ability to consolidate feedback and track change requests/revisions from a variety of stakeholders. Haven't used it yet, but the integration into Adobe products looks really interesting.
  • Cons

  • I dislike having to click through 3+ pages to do a task that should be easily available from the dashboard (maybe just a mass-archive button).
  • I have two complaints with this software (which I have brought up to their team multiple times and has yet to be fixed).
