Whilst you can sign up online, you cannot cancel online and have to go through their telephone support system. Expect to wait 30 to 60 minutes and then expect to be bounded between departments - without doubt its their strategy to keep charging your card year after year. The software is extremely glitchy and will often fail within meetings.
