It’s an extremely easy to use file transfer platform. For most people the free account will function for their purposes, and the rates for a higher level of storage are reasonable.

It is the biggest pain to get and find. They fact that i have to go hunt it down is insane in a world where it should just be emailed to me.

It is great to have all assets stored in one location and to be able to generate links from that location.

Hightail has some really awesome customer service. Other than that, I feel there are other cloud storage and file sharing applications that are more superior.

Intercom integration send us what is collected via the support. And then of course our dear CS and Sales team help us by writing notes after talking to our customers.

The integrations, especially to software development workflows, are limited (Github). It doesn't replace project planning/tracking software unfortunately.

It also has a great integration with Intercom, which allows our support team to seamlessly share product feedback in a customer interaction with our Product team to process.
