The software is really easy to use - and very friendly to the eyes and mind. I love using the Gantt-chart option when setting up projects, to keep a nice overview of the status of a project.

Hive is helping us modernize our efforts as a team and help our communication as a team be more centralized.

Also, I have used other project management softwares, and a lack of a desktop app or a addon (meaning you have to always open a tab to get the notifications) is a bit of a bummer.

Hive has been a great help managing sales orders, manufacturing processes, quality inspections right down to shipments.

Because it made my life easier, a lot (which every PMS should do). Their customer care is highly responsive and solved any minor issues I had within extremely short period of time.

Hive messaging is also really slick (we no longer use Slack) and the platform's Giphy integration makes for some fun times for our virtual team.

However there has been a few bugs due to updates that have limited access into the platform for a small amount of time (less than an hour).

Creating timelines and amending them can be difficult.

Sprout is a great social media tool for analytics, engagement, reporting and management. The features are great and their customer service is helpful.

I love how the calendar setup works. Also the reporting it offers is so helpful in understanding what content is performing best, as well as providing an easy and beautiful report for clients.

The problem with this Sprout Social is that it sometimes misfires when posting to Linkedin. Instagram posting is also little glitchy.

I also struggled with the fact that I was only allowed 10 accounts. We are not an agency but still need more than 10 social accounts.

I was happy with the software, but I was less than thrilled that I had a customer service person sending me messages of this sort.

It is very confusing and misleading. Before they updated the app, you were able to just click on the names of those who need to approve it.

One of the best features on Sprout is the ability to have multiple users create, review, and publish content. This has saved us a tremendous amount of time on our team.

Overall, the software is great. It's just a pricey social media tool.

I had a chance to use this software for free trial period alongwith various other tools to analyze which one is best suited for my agency.

What I like most about this software is that it is easy to use and we had a team member who did a video session with us so we can learn the features and its benefits.

Customer service people are rude, ignorant and not knowledgeable about the products.

When a certain scale is reached in the number of users and managed profiles, the cost-benefit ratio increases positively.

The company support is great, but other programs seem more user friendly. I think they have some bugs to work out.

Dashboard can be confusing as there is a lot going on.

I also appreciate the calendar and how easy it is to schedule posts. Being able to coordinate tasks between users and integrate with help desk software is also incredibly helpful.

It's great to know if something was handled and by which user and the sense of accomplishment is there once you clear your inbox.

From the beginning, the Sprout team that has worked with us has been friendly, easy going, fun to talk to, and answered all of our questions.

Sometimes posts set to publish will fail, though I'll get an error report and a reason why it failed.

My point of contact sent me threatening, rude and unnecessary emails while I was in the hospital. I voided my contract before it became effective.

The reporting is exactly what I need, I love that it integrates with Feedly, the inbox is useful for daily management.

I like how the platform identifies the best times to post to each platform's audience on a particular day. This gives our content the highest chance of receiving the most engagement and reach.
