Pros
- The best thing that I like about Hootsuite is analytics. The analytics provided by Hootsuite is very detailed and helpful.
- The ability to schedule multiple posts for multiple social media platforms was great. Perfect if you manage multiple Social Medias for the same organization.
- I absolutely love this program and I personally use it to maintain my social media presence. It is awesome to set a schedule of posting and you can share with a team if you need to.
Cons
- Regardless, use caution if you choose to utilize Hootsuite. Poorcustomerservice #hootsuite #socialmarketing #marketingandadvertising #marketingcommunications #bad #poor.
- It doesn't have many features that aren't included in a given social media platform's native scheduling app, and in many cases it's actively worse due to a lack of proper licensure.
- I don't like when you are switching back and forth from planner to content you loose your spot in the planner and have to search for the day you were on.
Pros
- I like the ease of set up and the post creator simplicity. It is good for scaling up when you want to schedule posts and track mentions, as it is affordable.
- The best features that I like the most are the bulk scheduling and reports generating. Its a perfect app and does it so Professionally and easily.
- It is my firts time on this kind of "software" and really, it totally changes my daily professional life. What I prefer is that it is EASY and perfect when we need to have a clear picture.
Cons
- The resizing of images and the inability to do that automatically is a pain.
- Inability to post more images in Instagram and other platforms.
- The only thing I don't like is the inability to edit image to each post. I have to use a separate app for this.
