Product is very easy to use and makes keeping client communications together really easy which in turn helps make us as efficient as possible.

Ease of use, easy to delegate and integrate with mail. Easy to follow up on where minor task are up to.

If someone does not use it fully, it does not work as well.

Staff became confused with assigning and allocating work tags.

The ability to monitor workflow, tag emails to client as well as the specific work being done is priceless. Information doesn't get misplaced and its so easy to stay on top of deadlines.

Really good system... which is the next step if you used Trello and Podio etc. It is backed by some great people who respond very quickly... brings method to your practice.

Staff are responsive and helpful when needed. Lots of useful and timely webinars are also provided.

Email integration, and the level and ability of their support team to help with all our issues. They offer fantastic training and are very much there for you when you need them.

I love having the ability to categorize insights, assign them to users/companies, and attach them to features or ideas on the roadmap.

Visibility of how important our customer's feature requests are considering a number of things that are important to our company ex. vision, growth, revenue etc.

Unfortunately, there is almost no reporting available. So although I can prioritise against company objectives, it is nearly impossible to report back on how much time and resource is allocated.

A little cumbersome when searching for content. I will search for items that I know are in the board and no results come up.

It is the best system of record for PM related information and to build a process in. A great way to ensure all stakeholder feedback is captured & organized.

Productboard's UI and organizational structure makes it a bit difficult to understand who specifically gave you the feedback.

Low user rights of contributors, i.e. missing the option of having more makers.

Intercom integration send us what is collected via the support. And then of course our dear CS and Sales team help us by writing notes after talking to our customers.

Very positive experience, I use it almost daily and also to weekly check the developments. Would add a progress bar or % on the tasks to better indicate the status.

Great scoring mechanisms. Integrations are getting stronger.

The integrations, especially to software development workflows, are limited (Github). It doesn't replace project planning/tracking software unfortunately.

It also has a great integration with Intercom, which allows our support team to seamlessly share product feedback in a customer interaction with our Product team to process.
