It sends you a ridiculous number of emails. Every little change made to a task or board is emailed to you - even if you did it.

Not particularly pretty but it's enough to manage what you need. I don't know how much my company paid for it or it's limitations but it's useful for now.

But if there was a change, it can get confusing. I'm not a heavy user but I do keep up with the projects listed.

Shows a good birds-eye view of where you team it. Parent cards and child cards help track projects across different boards.

This is a great solution that is very powerful and easy to use. We use KANBAN and this integrates well for our team.

Link to other systems (ticketing systems, etc). Very good visual representation and good for collaboration.

I like its approach with the drag and drop with color coding and make it smart to understand the nuance of the business.

Terrible account management backend for managing your team or subscription. We have been charged for our cancelled account since December 2018.

I think this program is great at clearing showing where you team is at with a project. There are so many ways to communicate different things.

You can visually see the status and details with each card, that represents each project. It's almost like post-it notes on a board.

Easy-to-use RSS/calendar feeds make it easy to integrate with my calendaring. Wide variety of templates help a newb like me get started quickly.

The software does not have a specific area for managing risks. However, there are different ways to overcome this and also add issue tracking.

I asked for a refund of the unused months and I was told no.

A lot of good features such as clear relations for tasks, funnels, many ticket types.

The Kanban board is an easy and organized board that helps our business stay communicated. I also love the personalization of profiles with pictures.

This software had everything we wanted in a Kanban board. Ease of use, ability to customize how we wanted it to look with subcategories, etc.

It also stripped new lines from descriptions, while there are workarounds with tags, it was frustrating that have wrapping automatically.

It's  limitations with lanes and lack of sleek design can make it hard to look at and can be over whelming if there are many cards in a lane.

Leankit manages to allow you to capture as much info as you want, while still remaining, well, lean. It really is a great experience from top to bottom.

Great Software, but a Little on the Pricey Side.

I like this app and was first introduced to it when I joined a technical support team. It is fast and reliable and has a nice interface which is easy to navigate.

I liked it because it has this great feature of integration with other software like google drive.

Love that it's user friendly and was very easy to set up. It is real easy to communicate with other team members.

Slack is refined, clean, and very user friendly. It integrates with many other tools in our stack and always offers a great experience.

The different channels help to keep conversations organized. The fun features make this instant messaging fun and add flair.

When te connection is down, the messages stay grey and after some minutes, they fail, so sometimes the internet connection come back and those failed messages are sent after the previous ones.

Overall, I'd say that once a company is used to the mechanisms and abilities of slack, it has the potential to do a lot of good. Once comfortable with it, it is quite efficient and enjoyable.

The best thing about Slack is the ease of use and the ability to communicate quickly and effectively across multiple teams/projects.

I love the feature that allows you to pin links to the header of a channel making it easy for others to access certain documents. In addition,  The Slackbot is a great help tool.

It's really useful, practical and easy to use. Great way to communicate and even fun because you can add your own emogi and use giphy.

It is super user friendly and able to navigate through the platform with ease. It has been money well spent and has helped our business flourish.

I recommend it to everyone I know. More people should use it! perhaps invest more on marketing so that it is more popular among crowds.

The best thing about this software is its easy to use and very useful functions. I love being able to select groups to notify or send announcements easy, essentially getting rid of email.

The only thing that I dislike is that I can easily get distracted by the notifications.

What is nice about slack is that you can have multiple channels based on what the communities interests are and that tagging people in messaging is really helpful.

Webhooks are incredibly useful. Custom emojis are great for teams to develop a fun atmosphere.

From keeping message history to other basic necessities, Slack charged for a lot of it. Comparing it to Discord, it cannot compete.

Super light and easy to use interface. Integration services with Google apps (Calendar, Sheets, etc) are excellent and seamlessly integrated into the conversations.

I love the look and how it is comfortable in the eyes. Functional in all aspects especially the integration with other apps that we use like Time Doctor and Asana.

You can easily confuse groups your in and comment something to the wrong team ( I've done it on many occasions) and confused the heck out of some coworkers.
