This software is super functional and easy to use. The cost is very low and this software saves us countless emails! We love Ledger.

Ledger is a newer software so just some added features, overall no real cons.

Since I started using this application, the productivity of my project group has soared. As a consequence, we may optimize the supervision of several projects. Having specific designs makes them exceedingly simple, putting all of the data in accordance, making it simpler to collaborate with the project team members, and aiding in completing it on schedule and with exceptional confidentiality.

The original UI is low resolution and unattractive. The tool's capabilities might appear overwhelming initially, but start with the basics and then expand. For those looking for practicality, I recommend the darker contrast ratio or using the dark modes.

Overall, I trust Ledger and would recommend it to a fellow peer mostly because it's convenient and easy to manage. According to me at least...

I like that it's mobile, secured and easy to use. It's convenient to carry and widely supported other crypto technologies.

The cons are mostly to blame oneself either to damage, loss or miss management. I'm okay with the price but most of my colleagues say that it may be expensive compare to other wallets, specifically the Ledger hardware wallets. Also some features are limited as a posed to software but that's quite unreasonable lol.

Ledger has been amazing for small & large team communication & collaboration! This is now an essential part of our daily / weekly workflows.

Dates / Custom dates on the report tab can get a bit wonky at times.

My experience has been fantastic. I'm amazed at the continual additions and improvements that are constantly being pushed. Ledger has a very intuitive "web 2.0" UI. I was able to easily navigate through the different features. There are helpful hints along the way if you do need a little assistance learning the many features as well.

The best feature of this software is simplifying product usage. If your organization uses other softwares like Slack, Trello, Jira, Airtable, Asana...you'll be right at home with Ledger. Ledger eliminates the need of multiple systems. You can manage your tech queue, sales funnel, daily tasks and team communication all within one system. Never miss an alert or ticket. Streamline your operations and time management! (bonus, why pay for multiple softwares??)

The only BIG feature Ledger is missing TODAY is a CRM addition. However I don't know of an affordable all in one solution that also offers a CRM. Hopeful there will also be an App in the future.

As a user who was invited to Ledger I am very impressed by the ease of use and notifications provided. It's very helpful when there are other things going on in the course of a day, but an email to return to letting you know there's a message awaiting your response.

I would get confused between when to use a stream and a chat/note.

Ledger includes all required features that helps to create a real-time collaboration within our team.

So far so good, I can not note any missing points or negative aspects here.

Good flow and surprise how simple workflow can be.

Time efficiency, integrations which you don't realize how helpful and unique flows.

Getting used to using email less as the integrations and calendar features don't have the same feel although are very effective.

Seamless.

The fact that we can get one tool that covers team chat, bulletins, task managment, etc is very helpful. We didn't have to go searching for multiple tools or pay multiple monthly subscription fees. It is also very intuitive to use.

There is nothing that I like least about the product.

Such a beautiful and intuitive user interface that truly makes team communication fun. I'd take this with me for any team I work with.

I'm sure there will eventually be some interesting API integrations but I have no need for that as of now

Keeping communications within a single interface. Good to be able to get notifications of updates via email.

Integration within the existing workflow was seamless.

Would like to be able to pop out the comment section within Stream threads.
