Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy utilization and billing management. A nice user interface. GREAT custom reporting with the insights module!

  • It is very easy to use and manage. It is clean and user friendly. It also captures all items needed for my organization.

  • Cons

  • - Invoicing - Reporting - Happy to have approvals, but they could be more flexible. - Granularity of permissions

  • It was easy for tasks to get muddled together. User permissions could be improved to not let just anyone provide updates within the project.

  • Pros

  • Using this tool was so great. Having so many features is very helpful to my project anytime. Very effective to a group project.

  • I really love this software, it helps a lot in terms of reporting and updating of my tasks. Easy to use and very effective in planning.

  • Cons

  • A little bit pricey but very worth it and helpful to my organization. Easy to manage the functions. The features is good but need to improve.

  • When working on a lot of projects it can be cumbersome to search for them in different places, but this is the only slight drawback that it has.
