Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy utilization and billing management. A nice user interface. GREAT custom reporting with the insights module!

  • It is very easy to use and manage. It is clean and user friendly. It also captures all items needed for my organization.

  • Cons

  • When projects have a lot of tasks associated with them it can slow down quite a bit and be a bit frustrating to drag tasks around.

  • - Invoicing - Reporting - Happy to have approvals, but they could be more flexible. - Granularity of permissions

  • Pros

  • I love the software. I found it to be intuitive and easy to use.

  • Easy interface, easy to set up, no learning curve, and their reporting is strong.

  • Cons

  • Would love to see more integration of paid Facebook features. Other than that, I have no complaints really.

  • My only real complaint about Sprout is the per-user price, but if your team only has a single social manager it is well worth the cost.
