Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The software is very user friendly and very easy to use, even for older users. And the support is excellent.

  • I love the ease of access and it is so user friendly.

  • Cons

  • The approval function needs a little tweaking, at least from our perspective, but the overall voting piece is very easy to use.

  • SO far nothing yet. The platform is easy to use. The help function could be a little more helpful - I would like to search for a word and get all results rather than a manual.

  • Pros

  • It is easy to use. I like that it keeps a record of the action after completion without having it in the active view. I also like that I can set up repeating tasks.

  • It is an easy to use format. I like being able to easily move projects/clients between the quadrants. It is awesome for keeping track and being able to easily see my clients in one picture.

  • Cons

  • It's a little confusing at first, takes some time to get to know it. You really need to get all of the people on the team to believe in it for it to work well for you.

  • There used to be an option to have items due today show up as red, which was really helpful, but it was removed in an update a while back.
