Our People is a platform designed to improve communication within teams. It allows management to engage with each executive through messaging. Users can create custom tags to reach out to any specific employee or the entire team. Every team member will get a personal ‘’Queue” of useful content pertaining to any updates or news.

If users wish to chat casually with others, direct messaging is available within the system, as well as the ability to create groups and share videos, photos and various files. "Drag and drop” functionality streamlines the creation of checklists, which can be shared with staff, monitored, tracked and updated accordingly. Additionally, templates are available for frequently used formatting.

Gauge the sentiment of employees by conducting executive surveys. The feedback collected in the survey can be reviewed and analyzed by management. Critical insight is generated in real-time through this functionality.

Very handy tool to send updates and schedules. Easy to use and customize.

Easy way to keep a team of multiple stores on the same page. Simple and easy to use.

Pros

The ability to contact and send information to certain groups. Ability to pull up who has read the information I've sent out.

Cons

They fixed the issue that I had. Had troubles with PDFs loading on Android devices, specifically. I brought it to there attention was fixed quickly.
