Pros/Cons
Pros
- This app was one that got me hooked right away. Not only is the free platform very useful and easy, but to upgrade and get the max features for only $20 a year is amazing.
- I am talking about the ease and rapid response here. When my organisation introduces Pumble we were like wow and we learned using Pumble from day one it gets on board it's that easy.
- We’re pleased to have such a great Slack alternative for less. We transitioned from their Free plan, to Pro, and now finally to Server.
Cons
- But the moment i installed, it asked me to Join/create workspace i did and i am limited to chat feature only. No calls, no screenshare, no recording, consume much internet bandwidth.
- Lack of tools for integration with other services. As well as lack of video calls or group calls.
- Need to add video calls, we really missing that.
Pros
- Webhooks are incredibly useful. Custom emojis are great for teams to develop a fun atmosphere.
- A very good tool for effective communication with the different teams, leading to better performance and control over schedules and communication with agents who work from home.
- What i like the most in this software is good in making estimating report of a project. This is so nice and help me so much all the time.
Cons
- When te connection is down, the messages stay grey and after some minutes, they fail, so sometimes the internet connection come back and those failed messages are sent after the previous ones.
- The only thing that I dislike is that I can easily get distracted by the notifications.
- From keeping message history to other basic necessities, Slack charged for a lot of it. Comparing it to Discord, it cannot compete.
