One of the best when it comes to referal management systems
Pros
All the information being stored in one place is really helpful and the product itself is easy to use.
Cons
The only con is that the patients have to be entered in manually.

Excellent product and great support
We have gained better insight into our referral volume, processing times, appointment wait times, no-show rates, etc. This provides us the opportunity to conduct targeted quality improvement to enhance patient access and satisfaction.
Pros
Improved communication and tracking for referral management.
Cons
Would like to have the ability to share appointment information with patient (we understand that this functionality is under development).
