Sendtask is a cloud-based collaboration solution that helps enable communication between team members, clients and suppliers. Sendtask helps businesses manage workflows by providing a configurable dashboard, built-in layouts, filters and more.
Sendtask allows users to set and receive reminders, add due dates, create custom tags and get notifications for projects. Users can import contacts from Gmail and synchronize Sendtask with a Gmail inbox.
The solution allows users to assign tasks to people even if they don't have a Sendtask account. It also allows users to attach files, comment on and discuss tasks and add or remove followers from a task. Administrators can track the activity and performance of each assignee. Sendtask integrates with Evernote and Slack and also offers a mobile application for iOS devices.
Support is offered via email and through an online knowledge base.

Once I came across it I never stopped using it. Would highly recommend to productive people.
It is extremely fast and very intuitive;
Its simplicity allows me to be creative;
It allows me to assign a task to people not even registered on the website. How cool is that? You can then collaborate with them via email or on-site. And the whole conversation gets stored.
No kanban board which would allow me to see what is in progress;
Not able to assign multiple people.

I swear I've tried every task management on Product Hunt. A lot of them are clunky and feature rich and don't really have a great user experience. After trying out Send Task, I'd say that them and ToDoist are easily my favorite in the category. Clean and simple interface, very easy to use. Highly recommended.
Still in Beta but would love some more integration options. I imagine it's on the product roadmap along with a mobile version.
