Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy interface, easy to set up, no learning curve, and their reporting is strong.

  • I love how it has so much template and content for content creation and marketing. Their templates are quality and great designs that are user-friendly.

  • Cons

  • Would love to see more integration of paid Facebook features. Other than that, I have no complaints really.

  • My only real complaint about Sprout is the per-user price, but if your team only has a single social manager it is well worth the cost.

  • Pros

  • It's as easy to use as facebook, which almost everyone uses, so it's easy to use. It's a great tool for integration at a company level. We get to know each other's faces, interests, work, etc.

  • It's a great way to boost morale, learn new things, and it's all in one place. Easy to use, and fun!

  • Cons

  • I'd only recommend it to large companies because the premium service is quite pricy and the free standard edition quails in comparison.

  • Wish we could move posts, if people post in the wrong groups. Other than that, we are very happy and they are always adding new features.
