talkSpirit is a cloud-based collaboration tool suitable for organizations of all sizes. Key features include user groups, a project newsfeed, a chat tool, file sharing and search functions.

talkSpirit allows users to create groups for specific projects, and groups can be either public or private. Users can upload files including PDFs, spreadsheets, video and audio files. They can also make announcements and communicate to other group members. The newsfeed tool allows users to view real-time updates across all groups, or only from groups that are relevant to specific users.

Additional built-in communication channels include text and video chat. Users can search for people, documents and conversations, and search results are prioritized based on user activity. Integrations include Dropbox, Google Drive, Facebook, LinkedIn and GitHub. Mobile apps are available for iOS and Android devices. 

Support is offered via email, an online helpdesk, in-app support and chat. Monthly and annual pricing is available.

Very good social media for compagny

Pros

The graphic interface is very good and user friendly, you can find easily what you want to look for (e.g mobility document). I find easily my administrative document, it avoid me to search for a while or asking to the secretary. I discover new people from my compagny thanks to their involvement. There are a lot of features that I discover that are like traditional social network and I'm sure that I haven't discover all features yet. We can publish the same thing as classic social media (poll, media, document e.g...) so it's good things.

Cons

What I would like to improve is the notification. I had commented a post but I didn't get a notification when other people answer after my post or whhen I get like, It would be very good to improve this.

Perfect for communication across territories.

Interswitch Solutions has teams spread around eight different countries.I rely on Talkspirit to communicate with my colleagues in other countries and get real time update on projects,without having to always rely on back and forth emails.

Pros

Talkspirit is very customizable in terms of its colour ,logo etc I use it for easy communication with my colleagues in the workplace and new hires use it to quickly adopt to the company culture.I am able to create small groups to discuss and brainstorm on specific company tasks.Easy sharing of documents and files make Talkspirit a collaboration medium I love.

Cons

The previous Talkspirit version prevented me from sharing files between colleagues,if they were not in my private group.This barrier has now been removed and I can now share files with everyone in my organization,without being in the same private group.

A very easy-to-use interface for an effetive collaborative solution

We are using Talkspirit solution to offer our employees a collaborative and social experience within their work.

Pros

- user friendly interface

- customer support is reactive and express with courtesy

Cons

a few editing features are weirdly presented in the UI, so I had to learn how to use it. But it concerns only one or two features, nothing wrong about it.
