We used a whitelabel license of Veertly to have a fully branded interface and some custom features (e.g. our own support chat). Next to the set of useful features, what I liked the most was the overall support of the Veertly team. It was fast, reliable, helpful, friendly and always on the detail level I needed . You can prepare multiple parallel "rooms" for talks, workshops, meetings, etc. and allow the guests to freely move between the offers and even set up ad-hoc calls (or even rooms) by themselves. Veertly is very flexible regarding the setup and categorization of your rooms and the integration of 3rd-party tools. Cons: An advanced e-mail template management: I really need to prepare multiple different templates for the different phases (invites, announcements, questions, follow-up, etc) for different audiences (attendees, speakers, organizers) - and those in different variants (e.g. language, tone, repetition).
