Previously , I used to wait for an email stating how much I achieved , how much I earned in the middle of the month or sometimes even later. This eliminates that, as the previous process, if there was any error , it used to get rectified a month later. Automated calculations cut down on manual work and SEs love the reporting and trace features to see how much they will make, and how it was calculated #### Cons Multiple approval cycles for lock in, this could be enforced my own organization, i am not sure. I also use the Crystal simulation area to model potential earnings, which is helpful when planning around active opportunities. The interface is clean and makes it easy to see where I stand for a given month. #### Cons The simulation experience could be more flexible. In Crystal, the “Select opportunities” option has not always been available to me, which limits how useful the scenario planning can be. More clarity around what drives access to those controls would help. I'd also appreciate more clarity on the CAD/USD conversion details. Everything lived in spreadsheets, questions from the team were hard to answer quickly, and nobody really trusted the numbers until they landed. Everstage changed that for us. Payouts are transparent, everyone can see where they stand on their own dashboard, and questions get raised and settled inside the tool instead of scattered across email. The dashboards are easy to read and give managers real visibility into where the team stands. Being able to ask a question straight on a statement has cut out a lot of back and forth over email. Of all the tools we have used for this, it is the best by a clear margin. #### Cons There is a bit of a learning curve during setup. Getting our plans configured exactly the way we wanted took some time and a few rounds of tweaking.
