Then when we found out how easily we could run a report and sort out clients based on plans, zip codes, and other preferred features.. #### Cons I would like to have an option on how to view commissions received - would prefer on a spreadsheet where months are side by side, not each on individual line #### Reasons for choosing NextAgency The pricing was very reasonable where with other options we were looking at $30,000-$40,000 over a 2-4 year period #### Vendor response Thank you for your five star rating, Christy. Overall, the flexibility within NextAgency is very nice. This is not a "canned" software that leaves you with no options. You are able to select which fields to display and add in unlimited custom fields. The support staff are very responsive and incredible to work with. They are open to feedback (such as the end-user items I mentioned above). #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros The ability to manage all cases and employers in one place and monitor tasks is very helpful. It is also nice to be able to view task as a "team", meaning one person may be primary on a task but other members of the team can also monitor the progress and jump in as needed. #### Cons There are some end-user upgrades that would be nice to see, such as having the "save" button at both the top and bottom of a screen. Also, it would be very nice to see an upgrade that would allow for files within NextAgency to be moved by a click-drag-drop method rather than having to upload within NextAgency. #### Vendor response Hi Fran. The various tabs contain much relevant info, like the benefits a certain group or person has or the waiting period a group has for its employees' benefits. It is very organized. Keep in mind I only use Next Agency for New Hires or to check an individual's benefits, but it has proven to be very straightforward and quick. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Customer support: 4/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros I like the ease of entering the information when I start a New Task. The fields are relevant and uploading any supporting documents takes only a second. I like the space allowed to write a description of the action or an explanation of the task. It is then simple to archive and review what you have entered. #### Cons This may be on me. I have not been able to figure out how to delete a duplicate task from the system. Also, I need to find out if I can print a report consisting solely of client names and their addresses.
