Great implementation team. Love the "all hands on deck" when a new customer comes on board. Post sale has been fantastic so far..we are in our 3rd month.
PROSReal time SFDC integration..make a change in SFDC and it reflects within seconds in QP
CONSMore reporting is missing IMO. Being able to create ad hoc reports would be a real bonus
Reasons for switching to QuotaPath
Poor service..complex to setup.or adjust plans..you need coding experience to do anything. Integration with SFDC only allows for a daily sync with a force sync option, but that takes hours to complete.

Nothing Special
I previously thought better of them despite some of their shortcomings but at the end of January they laid off 20% of their workforce which included a lot of their implementation team, including our customer success manager.This layoff took place just when their customer base were implementing their commission plans for the new year. Who has an across the board layoff at the start of busy season, definitely poor planning.This put us and I'm sure many other customers behind the eight ball if you will.Also plans that our previous rep could implement for us the new team hasn't been able to so right now we don't have a usable product.
PROSAt the moment there is nothing I like about this software see my con comment.Unless we can work out the issues we will be looking for an alternative.
CONSIt lacks a lot of functionality especially around complex plans, also they have no real reporting function which is unfortunate and lack GAAP reporting.

Super tool
QuotaPath is a time-saving tool for commission calculation. It's a great tool for switching from an Excel-based manual calculation process to an automated one where errors are eliminated.
PROSIt's very easy and intuitive to use, so you can easily track the things you need. It's super helpful and transparent from an accounting perspective, and in case of any issues, we can provide the supporting files to see how the commission was set up.

Absolutely essential for sales teams!
QuotaPath's support is top notch, and the software is extremely easy to use!
PROSAs a sales rep, I love the transparency QuotaPath provides in terms of tracking my current and projected attainment to my quota, and my current and projected earnings based on my current sales and my pipeline health. It takes the guesswork out of calculating everything for me based on the commission structure our manager has set up, and gives me great visual analytics which provide a total, comprehensive snapshot of all of the details related to my goals and commission.
CONSNone to mention! We love QuotaPath! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a way to easily track commissions and goals.

a precise mechanism to enhance transparency about all operations related to commission calculation.
QuotaPath has removed the ambiguity of all operations related to the issue of commissions in the institution, as we now have a precise mechanism for documenting confirmed and expected commissions with full transparency, and thus the amounts allocated to closed and expected deals became clear to everyone, in addition to their due dates, which had a great positive impact and encouraged team members on the hunt for more successful deals.
PROSQuotaPath makes it easy to organize commission data, calculate amounts, and view due dates in one dashboard. It's also good that QuotaPath provides a clear path to track approvals transparently, allowing administrators to review applications and send inquiries on them and enabling us to clarify what they need to know directly. Integration with Salesforce made it easy for us to access the data we needed to report accurate deals and expected commissions. QuotaPath also possesses powerful forecasting features so that we can count opportunities created at a certain point, not just closed deals.
CONSAfter we finished setting up QuotaPath, all the operations became clear, and we were able to do it easily and without any complications.

QuotaPath Review
The ability to see each team member's attainment for any period of time. QuotaPath easily communicates with Salesforce which is another software we use.
CONSIt can be difficult at times for employees to understand the "payouts" section and "deals". Takes the longest time for them to fully understand how to use this section and read it correctly so they know if they are being paid correctly or if something was accidently missed.

Great Product
Great time saver, and fantastic customer service when questions arise.
PROSSaves lots of time. Customer Service is GREAT!
CONSI would like a way to search for sales within resolved/unresolved etc. When an Owner has lots of sales or a sale is named slightly different than our records, it is hard to find sometimes. Would like more field to put in notes, especially for overrides.

Simple, easy to use, but needs to be supported internally
Easy to use and the first time I've seen a tool that lets me know exact quota amounts I'd be receiving that wasn't a spreadsheet from the finance team. The data is only as accurate as what's put into it, so it does require support within the organization to ensure the correct commission rates, etc are uploaded.
PROSEasy to get a snapshot of deals and commission rates since it plugs directly into Salesforce to see closed won, deals in pipeline, etc. Simple view to see commission payout before a paycheck.
CONSThe only cons I've experienced are with deals that are not standard in Salesforce, and Quotapath uses Salesforce data as the source of truth - this really is more of an internal issue than a Quotapath issue.

Commission System of Awesomeness
I can do commissions like a larger company than I am and it has enabled me so now I can add to my salesforce and know that I can incentivize them, keep track of it, and not kill many hours per month computing and messing with a crazy spreadsheet.
PROSEnables my small 20 employee business to provide a commission structure that up until now could only be available to my big national chain competitors.
CONSWould like to have a few reports available because I don't integrate it with a CRM or my QBO online. Some reports centering around the different individual products being sold by my 2 man sales team.

Provides fantastic visibility
QuotaPath has made it very easy to see real-time commission earnings and to look back and see over time the trends. I can see attainment for my team and peers as well very easily. Overall, it's been a great solution and the whole company has seen value.
CONSIt took some getting used to how the different tabs worked, but now that I got some training from the team I have no problem navigating.

CONSSome of the mapping is a bit complex - but our reps helped every step of the way! The sync to Hubspot line items is a bit slow.

Up to date commissions-where they are in the process
Having a good understanding of where we are in the commission process is helpful along with easy and clear access
PROSEasily accessible and keeping up to date on where they commissions are in terms of the pay schedule.
CONSkeeping track of dates, for example when a customer is expected to pay and when they actually do pay. We don't get paid our commissions until the customer pays and it's only once a month, so timing is important

Still In It's Infancy in Our Org
We are straddling a legacy commission plan and the current methodology, making it difficult to take advantage of all QP has to offer. Once the legacy commissions are exhausted, this tool will become much more useful.
PROSI like the ability for my sales team to view commission calculations and model their payouts.
CONSIt is difficult to navigate, not intuitive.

A necessity for aevery high performing sales team
We no longer have to produce individual commission statements for each sales person. Previously they were manually created.
PROSWe use QuotaPath to produce commission statements. A simple function for every every sales team, but one that takes up a lot of time every month. We are happy to have this automated by QuotaPath. The views are easy to use and the data upload is simple. The biggest differentiator of QuotaPath is their Customer Support Team. They are diligent and work with you until everything works properly.
CONSWe would like better integration with Microsoft Office tools.

The many reports and features that allow you to track, and keep tabs on all commissions throughout the year. SO much better than any report a CRM can provide.
CONSI have no complaints! I would just like to have some more options to customize the home page.

Quotapath using
UX is really cool, intuitive, attainment and forecast are awesome because we are integrating with Hubspot.
CONSPlans of comp are little complicated to understand. I don't see value on using goals dashboard because we already use another tool for that.

Gives me visibility!
Being in Business Development, I love having the ability to track my progress towards multiple targets in as well as my commissions. This software gives me a pretty clear line of sight.
CONSSometimes I am not seeing all the deals track so need to reach out to customer support.

Best software for commisions
One of the most loved feature is commision calculator. It offers easy payout on commision basis.

It nice to have visibility into commissions
I like the visibility this gives - often we as reps do our own commission calculations so we know what we should be making but then there's the business side of and QuotaPath allows me to see what the business thinks I should be making and can address discrepancies before they happen.
CONSIt's a little tricky to know where to look to find what you are looking for - but in time I'm sure I'll figure it out.
