SalesVista Provides Insight!

Our implementation was challenging and long because we were implementing Salesforce and re-defining processes at the same time. The SalesVista implementation team was great to work with - very knowledgeable! They provided valuable direction and re-worked our data feeds a few times due to changes on the Salesforce side.

PROS

SalesVista has everyone working off the same data - no more need for reps to maintain a separate account of their pending sales - if the sale has been recorded, it is visible to all in SalesVista. The app is easy to navigate and interact with - a great feature is the inquiry where reps can raise questions before an item is paid.

CONS

Need more advanced filter options (i.e. custom ranges, not equal to).

SalesVista dramatically improved our Commissions process from end to end

Our sales organization had grown exponentially and our manual, excel driven commissions process was no longer able to keep up. SalesVista provided modern commissions tool that allowed us to streamline our process from end to end. Finance, Operations and Sales are all very happy.

PROS

The software is flexible and was able to support our unique commission plans and go-to-market needs. The output is easy to consume and sales rep friendly. We were able to automate significant portions of our commissions process, reducing the amount operational cycles, and improving rep satisfaction.

CONS

Nothing comes to mind. Overall we are very happy with SV

SalesVista for Healthcare Software Provider

We have multiple sales compensation structures. SalesVista was able to accommodate all of them and give us and our sales reps real-time visibility into commissions.

PROS

SalesVista's support has made the greatest positive impact. In particular, implementation support has been critical to the product's success. The team's willingness to work with our team to tackle company-specific issues has set them apart from other providers.

CONS

I am on the administrative side and not in the product day-to-day. Will let others comment on the least-liked aspect.

Great software with growing pains

The SalesVista team is amazing. They will work with you to find the best solutions as well as help fix any issues that arise. Great customer support!

PROS

The ease of use with this software is great. Being able to calculate 50-60 statements within a few moments vs a few hours is an incredible tool.

CONS

This software is still developing. There are areas within the software that need to be fleshed out more some examples are the reporting areas and the sales reps view. However, SalesVista team is always there to help and provide work arounds or develop the needs you are looking for
