It has very thoughtful features, such as the What-if calculator that they call "Estimator" (enabling reps to forecast potential earnings from future deals), an integrated ticketing system (the Dispute/Inquiry feature), customizable commission statements, reports, dashboards, and approval workflows. For those unfamiliar with Visdum and with excel/google sheets, the plan logic and formulas might initially seem peculiar, or certain features (like Reporting Engine) may appear challenging.
