Influitive ticks many boxes in terms of its capabilities of vision and execution, and whilst not perfect, is actually a simple and effective way to manage a fully functional advocacy program.

There are integrations with Salesforce and Marketo and some other systems. I had some trouble getting all of this set up to work properly.

I love the AdvocateHub App from Influitive. I receive notifications when challenges are available to complete.

There's a lot of ways you can create engagement, educate your members, but also perform various acts of advocacy. It also has a great reward integration system and offers support when needed.

The next thing I know I'm receiving crude calls from someone claiming to be their legal team telling me I'm being sued for someone else's account (yes they messed that up).

They were great to work with and it is a great tool when you have an awesome product and great word of mouth already.

Some of the tasks are more difficult in the app as compared to online.

We've had a dedicated customer success manager with who we meet every month to plan our projects and key initiatives. The support team is responsive and helps.

It is a little clunky and I receive quite a bit of negative feedback from my customers. My other pain point is how difficult it is to add images/formatting to challenges.

Also, the VIP community is a great resource to connect and share with other experts. I really really love this community and the ability to connect and grow.

The software is extremely unreliable, half of the time you get server errors or the whole platform is down. There is also very little customization built into the platform.

I enjoy HUG quite a lot. I think it leads by example and is easy to use.

The current library features are clunky and slightly difficult to use.

You really have to learn the back end of higher logic to make changes which can be very confusing.

I love how easily configurable this platform is and how extensively I am able to customize our brand through customization.

We chose to integrate directly using  activity sync and I am excited to see how these two products are able to work in tandem to drive behaviors and engagement.
