Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Always upgrading, ease of use, and great support

  • Ease of use, Great customer support, The ability to think outside of the box and be creative

  • Cons

  • It can get a bit pricey, but worth it if you have the budget.

  • There are a few limitations with creating and targeting challenges, but these features can be requested and I have seen a few that have already been implemented.

  • Pros

  • There is plenty of information for reporting on the backend which is very useful. Overall layout is simple and responsive.

  • The customer support I receive is excellent. Team does an amazing job of answering or finding the answers to my questions.

  • Cons

  • A few long-standing bugs, but overall still solid. Support is decent, but could be more responsive I guess.

  • The customer service is excellent and the team is eager to help find software solutions to community problems, but it can take a while for requested fixes to make their way through the pipeline.
