-   Reporting issues is the waste of time, cyberbullying, harassment and demeaning comments allowed, if you tried to report a server or a user or admin you're automatically blocked and nobody replies back other than an automated system that ends up switching any active complaints to solved

-   Availability is inconsistent and anything beyond basic troubleshooting is handed off to a support person in India.
