very helpful, useful tool to have.

PROS

Well Designed and easy to use. Supports a better work-life balance and improves productivity.

CONS

No major issues just a few connection problems and a lack of more features.

Implemented for several clients - excellent software with brilliant stakeholder functionality

Excellent service and software functionality that outranks all the competitors on the market

PROS

Unlike other software providers in this space like Engagement HQ or The Hive, Engagement Hub has an integrated stakeholder management system which is incredibly powerful. So on top of all the great tools to engage users on the front end - it makes the administration easier and more impactful. For example, being able to run reports of all users, tagging and segmenting user groups and communicating directly with each or being able to see a report of all the activity a user has undertaken on the site. It makes reporting and especially audit reporting much easier and vastly improves organisations' stakeholder engagement. The other great thing about the software is the team behind it, their passion and their knowledge - they are stakeholder engagement specialists so they understand both the software and what we're trying to achieve on the ground. They've made implementation and deployment simple and the ongoing support is second to none. Over the years I've recommended and implemented this software for many clients and I can't recommend it enough.

CONS

Nothing - all ideas I forwarded were taken up into the development roadmap and often implemented really quickly

Value for money platform for mid-size councils and organisations

The platform offers us a range of functions to meet different types of engagement and consultation needs from a discrete project information-only approach to in-depth multi-faceted consultation and project design.

PROS

The customer service and willingness to undertake development innovation in response to customer needs is outstanding!

CONS

Some parts of the platform are a little 'clunky' (not intuitive) and report formats aren't always ideal. But it's still good value for money.

An incredible product and an incredible team. Selfless and endless support offered to us by [sensitive content hidden] and her team have been second to none. I have been in business for over 34 years, and I am yet to meet a manager as dedicated, as efficient, as intelligent and switched on, or as kind, thoughtful and supportive of [sensitive content hidden] . She really is like a life raft when we need her the most. Whatever business I move to, I will move the Engagement Hub software and [sensitive content hidden] with me.

PROS

Ease of use. Functionality. Extensive customisation options. Great integration of people, issues, projects. Ability to showcase our brand visually. Excellent reporting features.

CONS

The email features are great, and we can design some visually pleasing templates. However, end users are unable to customise the design of the system generated emails and need to rely on the team to customise them for us. Having noted that, I do have to say, the team does a great job in customising everything as we want it to be.

Reason for choosing Engagement Hub

An all in one system to manage content and clients/customers that integrated many features that we needed. Some of the other ones offered services that we needed, but not all in one package. The Engagement Hub offered the best features and value for money. Furthermore their support and training was also a strong consideration, and has truly exceeded our expectations.

Excellent way for us to conduct regular survey views of stakeholders and promote engagement

PROS

Customer support from the team is excellent and in terms of software, making life hugely more efficient

CONS

Integration easy. Some design features in user facing pages are a bit daggy

Engagement Hub is a great program aiding communities and helping them to do great things.

PROS

Great way to create projects within schools and communities of people. Easy to use and open lines of communication with those involved in the projects.

CONS

The site is well designed and easy to navigate through. I like that there are so many projects to look through and help organize all details in one place. Whether it is a simple social get together or a huge building project.
