The software is extremely unreliable, half of the time you get server errors or the whole platform is down. There is also very little customization built into the platform.

I enjoy HUG quite a lot. I think it leads by example and is easy to use.

The current library features are clunky and slightly difficult to use.

You really have to learn the back end of higher logic to make changes which can be very confusing.

I love how easily configurable this platform is and how extensively I am able to customize our brand through customization.

We chose to integrate directly using  activity sync and I am excited to see how these two products are able to work in tandem to drive behaviors and engagement.

They went above and beyond to understand our needs and help us develop the platform that worked for us. I would highly recommend Higher Logic an their team.

The lack of knowledge base will leave you cobbling together different features to try and create one.

I truly enjoy it and hope that our users expound upon it and that it becomes a huge part of our member value and communication strategy.

Launching online communities through Higher Logic has been a great decision for our organization. It has allowed our members big and small to engage with their peers.

The addition of the HL community has  been a great service and value to our members. Pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Yammer is good for housing commonly asked questions & solving them in a group setting. Learning from each other is helpful.

The way it displays/sorts the feed is just confusing and unintuitive. Makes it hard to find specific posts.

It is more general or light-hearted news that is shared here, such as community service activities, industry trends, inspirational words from upper management. It makes us feel connected.

Communication method is better than sending emails. User friendly interfaces.

A simple UI and easy daily usage, great to share news to teammates, the content segmented by channel and topic subscription.

The ease of use and user friendliness makes it easy to use inside the organization and lets you spread the word quickly like any other social messaging sites but perfect limit ability.

The ability to stay connected to large company updates is fantastic. Its also a great tool for projects.

Interesting features and awesome idea. The user interface is not just an exactly nice one.

This application is easy to use and integrate into Microsoft products. I like how different groups can customize their topics and yammer page.

It's good to be on Yammer and check what is happening with the business and an excellent platform to network with your peers.

What i like the most about Yammer is its User interface, it is easy to navigate and we did not need any training to operate it. The best feature is that it can be integrated with Office 365 as well.

The interface is user friendly and very easy to use. It has all the best features like photo tagging.
