  • Pros

  • This was a great way to learn more about products while also taking advantage of great discounts.
  • There is great support from an internal team that helps us hit timelines. They also proactively help us improve and grow within the platform.
  • The account management team is amazing and goes above and beyond. They're helpful, informative and teach best practices.
  • Cons

  • This is a completely ineffective tool. They are unable to target retailers they claim.
  • There is not an aspect of Expert Voice that our team dislikes.
  • Expect them to fail to meet KPIs and statement of work. We ended up at around 15% of the KPIs that we mutually set which were based on engagements and on products seeded.

  • The support that is given to a small company is superb and we are so grateful for the partnership that we have formed with Yotpo. They are great partners and we look forward to growing with them.
  • Great customer service team from the sales call all the way to implementation. Very powerful platform with a lot of great features.
  • Yotpo is a great tool to gather honest customer feedback regarding your companies performance. Yotpo is not geographically based so it's the best tool for national businesses.
  • Cons

  • In the Q/A-section there is a "Send to past shoppers"-button. We absolutely hate this button, and there is no option to hide or remove it.
  • The review platform is very expensive for what it is - basically just sending emails to customers. So the more emails they send the more you pay, but it is way more than should be.
  • It has a many features and you can get lost during setup when you don't know the software.
