I like TT because it is an integrated Database, CRM and CMS - and the system is easy to use with training others a fairly simple process thanks to support from TT.

I don't think there is anything I don't like about the software.

ToucanTech are a very responsive company - they reply quickly and very helpfully to queries and feedback.

As with any software, human error can come into play.

It manages multiple functions which is great for a small office. The customisation is good and I have been impressed by the product enhancements and development since we started using the software.

The integration and launch of the platform to our alumni community worldwide was seamless and we felt very much supported by the ToucanTech team throughout the process.

Viber sadly are forgotten and abandon  by many user, because the application is getting heavy and consuming too much of my phone resources.

I like the stickers and the extensions wherein you can create GIFs, search Youtube videos and locations. I like it that when we send pictures and videos, it still has a very good quality.

The UI of Viber is very attractive. It is a very rapid tool with variety of appealing features like the video calling and the messaging feature.

This provides very attractive sticker pack to have a great chat experience. Viber out option can use for abroad people to talk their lovelies  for low calling costs.

To socially connecting with my team, family and friend is the most important for me and Viber is very good with it.

The problem of this problem only need to much data To make a call alway lost the connection additional use a WiFi and call have interference.

Accidental pressing is slight problem in this software. For example there is a tendency for the emoji icons to pop up when accessing a personal or group chat.

And the other bad aspect is that updates cause this program to become unsupported. You cannot use Viber anymore until you have downloaded the update.

It has got good video quality, and calling functionality, which can save you serious money if making long distance calls.

Its quick messenger help me to connect quickly with my friend and colleague quickly and constantly and the best things is, it is free to use.

Viber has such an amazing support team. I had an insistent issue and they helped me to resolve it very quickly.
